📦 Live Houseplan Shipping Policy

At Sugar Leaf Crystals, we strive to get your plant babies and metaphysical treasures to you safely and swiftly!

Shipping Method:
We offer Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) on all orders. The carrier used (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) is selected based on the best available option at the time of fulfillment. Please note: we do not guarantee a specific carrier unless arranged in advance.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and kept as affordable as possible. We’ve also adjusted our product pricing slightly to help offset shipping costs and keep things transparent for you.

Processing & Fulfillment:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Live plant orders are fulfilled by our trusted third-party supplier and may ship separately from other items.

Shipping Restrictions:
At this time, we only ship within the continental U.S. (no PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories).
